Dr. Lisa Nelson, our director, is a respected and highly-trained audiologist. She and her experienced staff of audiologists can test your hearing using a variety of methods, resulting in the best recommendation for your particular needs.
Our staff is available six days a week, in certain locations, to help with adjustments that are crucial to successful hearing aid use. We will assist you with any needed repairs. Of course, we are never too busy to answer your questions.
Accurate diagnostic hearing testing determines the extent and type of hearing loss, and screening for possible medical problems.
Advanced diagnostic audiology services measure the auditory and vestibular (balance) system, in cases where symptoms indicate. (Brainstem Evoked Response Audiometry, (BSER), Electronsystagmography, (ENG), Electrocochleography, (ECoG), and Otacoustic Emissions, (OAES) are the advanced tests available in most locations).
Computerized “Real-Ear Hearing Aid” equipment is used to measure the actual sound pressure being delivered into your ear from the hearing aid, enabling us to confirm that your best prescription has been reached.
We offer personal counseling for you and your family to ensure that you receive all that can be achieved realistically from your hearing aids and your vestibular rehabilitation therapy.

High-pressure sales. Instead, your services are provided by university-trained professional audiologists, who have doctorates or Master’s degrees in the Science of Hearing. We assess your entire auditory or vestibular system and then recommend a solution to treat your symptom.
