Following guidelines of local, state and federal health officials, the CDC and the WHO, we have begun re-opening our hearing centers. However, the health of our patients, hearing care professionals and associates remains our top priority. For more information and a list of the locations that are open, click here.

“I visited your facility in the beginning of September 2014 after two years of not hearing as well as I’d like. I was getting very frustrated because I could not hear well in background noise as well as hear my wife’s voice from another room or at a distance. In fact, when I had my back to her, I couldn’t understand her at all and that was a trial on our relationship! I kept the television volume so loud that she was uncomfortable watching with me.

Dr. Rae Stout worked with me for about an hour and refit my hearing aids from scratch to make sure that I was more satisfied. I honestly was shocked how much I’d been missing both at home and in the community, in terms of my hearing. I especially appreciated how Dr. Rae didn’t push me to purchase newer technology, instead choosing to ‘optimize’ my current aids to be sure I felt I’d gotten my money’s worth. I am very thankful that I happened to meet Dr. Rae and that she took the time to fix my hearing aids for my current needs. I will be sure to be back if I have any further problems—and she let me know that I am always welcome to return for further adjustments.”
